Applications for service can be made at our office, 923 S. Mulberry Street, Jackson, GA 30233 or by contacting our office at 770-775-7857 or 800-222-4877. For your further convenience, you may download a copy of our Application for Service and submit it to our office along with applicable fees.
Important New Member Information
Please complete the Application for Service along with the Data Collection Information form and return with applicable fees.To avoid additional charges or interruption in service, please return the Application for Service to our office within one week. You may prefer to fax the Application for Service to our office,770-504 -7877. You may also email back a scanned, signed copy to us at csr@cgemc.com.

Usually electric service is provided by the next day on existing accounts (except weekends and holidays). If you apply for service to a location which has never before had electricity, such as a new home or business, we encourage you to apply as far in advance as possible. This will ensure adequate preparation time for our engineering and operations departments and help prevent last minute delays.
If you have any questions or need additional information, please feel free to give us a call or stop by our office. Normal business hours are from 8:00am until 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. We have dispatchers available around the clock should you need assistance after hours. We appreciate having the opportunity to serve you.
