Usually electric service is provided by the next day on existing accounts (except weekends and holidays). If you apply for service to a location which has never before had electricity, such as a new home or business, we encourage you to apply as far in advance as possible. This will ensure adequate preparation time for our engineering and operations departments and help prevent last minute delays.

Applications for service can also be made at our office, 923 S. Mulberry Street, Jackson, GA 30233 or by contacting our office at 770-775-7857 or 800-222-4877. If you have any questions or need additional information, please feel free to give us a call or stop by our office. Normal business hours are from 8:00am until 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. We have dispatchers available around the clock should you need assistance after hours. We appreciate having the opportunity to serve you.
