Communities in Schools of Henry County, Inc. (CIS) received a grant for $2,500 from the Central Georgia EMC Foundation to support their mentoring programs in Stockbridge and Henry County High School students.

CIS of Henry County focuses on dropout prevention and student achievement.  Their goal is to support youth, improve graduation rates, promote academic achievement, and prepare students for both college and career pathways.
