Conexon Connect Transitions To A New Billing System
On 8/1/2024, Conexon Connect will be migrating all customer accounts in Georgia and Colorado to a new billing platform.
The new platform has several benefits:
- Empower members in their installation process with the ability to self-schedule installations
- Enhance billing and account management for active customers
- Streamline field installation efficiency and create a faster automated end-to-end installation experience from sign-up in an active feeder to the in-home installation.
