PB&J French Toast

- 2 pieces of bread
- 2 eggs
- Milk
- Cinnamon
- Peanut butter
- Jelly or jam of choice
- Whipped cream
- Strawberries
Preheat a nonstick or greased skillet on the stovetop at low heat. Spread peanut butter on 1 slice of bread and jelly on the other, making a sandwich. In a bowl, mix 2 eggs with a dash of cinnamon and milk to taste. Place the sandwich in the mixture and allow it to absorb, coating both sides. Place coated sandwich in heated skillet and brown on both sides. Plate the sandwich and top with strawberries and whipped cream.
