How to Report an Outage
- First, go to your main electrical panel to see if a breaker has tripped.
- If the problem is not in your home’s wiring, contact our 24-hour Outage System at 770-775-7857 or report your outage on the Central Georgia EMC Mobile App or online by logging into your account. You can also text OUTAGE to 352667 from the mobile phone number listed on your account.
- When you call in to report the outage, you can hear an outage report to see if an outage has already been reported in your area.
