Prevent Child Abuse Henry received a grant for $3,825 from the Central Georgia EMC Foundation (CGEMC Foundation) to support education and provide resources for new parents. 

Prevent Child Abuse Henry County is a citizen-based organization dedicated to preventing child abuse and neglect in all forms. The funds will be used to support their family programs, including the purchase of 1,100 reading books for infants, 1,100 New Mom Handbooks, and educational brochures addressing postpartum disorders.  

The average Operation Round Up participant's donation is fifty cents per month, but that "change" adds up to make a big difference in local communities.
