Thank you for being a valued member of Central Georgia EMC (CGEMC).  Most CGEMC rates include a Wholesale Power Cost Adjustment (WPCA) rider.  The WPCA factor for energy billed in September is 0.02249 (2.249 cents per kilowatt-hour). The WPCA factor and applicable amount will be itemized on your monthly billing statement.  This factor is subject to change each month and is driven by the cost of generating electricity.
