Stepping Stones Educational Therapy Center, Inc., received a $4,500 award from the Central Georgia EMC Operation Round Up Foundation. The funds will replace their aging communications system which will allow each class to communicate with the main office and increase safety in the center.
The Stepping Stones Center offers an environment of inclusion for learning, while providing academic programs for special needs students ranging from age five to 14. They also offer an in-house therapy program which includes speech, physical, and occupational therapy. The Center’s preschool program, for ages six weeks to 23 months, includes diversity and inclusion in all classrooms.
